IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE WATER REPORTER DATA SOURCES FEATURE HAS RECENTLY RECEIVED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF UPDATES.
UPLOADS TO THE SYSTEM WILL STILL WORK, BUT WE ARE WORKING ON UPDATING OUR HELP DOCUMENTATION TO REFLECT SLIGHT CHANGES TO WORKFLOWS AND EXPLAIN THE EXPANDED FUNCTIONALITY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE REACH OUT TO USE AT SUPPORT@WATERREPORTER.ORG.
Flow can create completely different outputs for each user. The benefit of this is obviously that we don't pigeonhole the work into predetermined boxes. The drawback is that we've had to create a very sensitive system that does not make assumptions based on data. For that reason, if you receive an error message, here are some of the areas that the Water Reporter Support Team will initially investigate for issues.
- Is everything aligning between Station information in the system and the database? This includes Station Name and coordinates.
- Are all of the parameter column headers exactly the same in Flow as in the upload template?
- Is every Threshold and Grade identifying realistic boundaries or ranges?
- Does the data upload only have quantitative data (numbers) in the parameter columns?
